SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping time to the continental United States is 2-5 business days. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. Once your order is packaged for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, and another confirmation email once the package has been delivered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it.
If you prefer delivery by USPS Ground / UPS Ground with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Orders received at our fulfillment center before 2:00 PM PST should ship that same day; orders received after 2:00 PM PST should ship the next business day.
Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.
PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Post Office mail service.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
T3RRYS ships to the contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $45. Free shipping discounts cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship to Canada with Purolator. We are not responsible for additional charges that may be incurred by country customs, import duties, taxes, or any other charges outside of the USA.
Delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have control over how long customs will hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if these charges apply to you as We do not cover customs fee charges. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.
A new shipping cost fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments). and needs to be re-shipped to your address.
MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, the delivery carrier will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.
REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES
If your package is refused or returned because it was undeliverable you will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us for it to be resent back to you. This also applies to packages returned because of an invalid address/name. You are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information.
