How does T3RRY’s Club work?

Sign up for free to join T3RRY’s Club! Once you create your account, you'll begin earning points and rewards with every purchase at T3RRY Slippers. Remember to log in to view and use your points.

What happens to my points if I apply them to an order that is later canceled?

If your order is canceled and points were used, please reach out to us. Our team will be happy to assist you.

What happens to my points when I return items?

Any points used to redeem a loyalty discount will be refunded back to your account, once the return is accepted.

Any points earned on a purchase that is then returned will be deducted from your account, once the return is accepted.

If your points are not added back to your account, feel free to reach out to our Member Services team. All purchases are subject to T3RRY Slippers's Return Policy.

Return Policy

When will my tier and points expire?

Points will expire 12 months after they are awarded. A reminder will also be sent by email 60 days before their expiry.

When redeeming a discount code, your oldest points will be used first. If you receive a full refund for an order with a T3RRY’s Club discount code, your points will be returned back to you with the same expiration date as when they were initially earned.

As for the tier status, it will last 1 year from the date awarded on a rolling basis.

Can I get points for my previous orders?

Yes, after signing up for T3RRY’s Club, you will receive points for all your purchases made from the date of sign-up and onward. Please ensure that the email address tied to your account matches that of your previous purchases to receive your points.

How do points work when purchasing or paying with a gift card?

You will receive points when purchasing a gift card. However, you will not receive points for the amount of a purchase that is paid for with a gift card.

How do I become a T3RRY’s Club member?

If you already have a T3RRY Slippers account, no need to create a new one: simply sign in and access T3RRY’s Club. You can otherwise join at any time entirely for free by signing up with your email through the T3RRY’s Club page. There is no minimum purchase amount required to become a member at the Insider tier.

How can I redeem my points?

To redeem your loyalty points for rewards, follow these steps:

Online

- Head to our online checkout or to your loyalty points dashboard.

- At checkout, there will be a drop-down to exchange your points for a discount.

- On the dashboard, scroll down to the middle of the page and select your desired discount to exchange your points. To use your discount code, copy and paste it to the appropriate field at checkout or present it in-store.

Please note that if you choose to claim a discount through the dashboard, your points will be permanently deducted. If you don’t end up using your discount code at checkout or in-store, you can always access it again for a future purchase through the “Rewards History” section of the dashboard.

In store

A customer care associate can assist you in redeeming your points for a discount on your purchase at checkout. You will just need to provide the email address tied to your T3RRY’s Club account.

If you don’t end up using your discount code in-store, you can always access it again for a future purchase through the “Rewards History” section of your dashboard. It can also be used on our website by copy-pasting the code in the coupon field at the online checkout.

T3RRY’s Club discount code must be entered at online checkout to redeem the offer, or shown to a retail employee prior to completing the purchase. Valid only on Canadian and US purchases. When will my points appear in my account after I make a purchase?

For online purchases, your points are available once your order is fulfilled. For in-store purchases, your points are available once your purchase is complete! Please note that it may take a few minutes for your points to appear on your account depending on the transaction’s processing time with your financial institution.

How does the referral program work?

Give a friend $15 off their first online order and receive $15 in T3RRY’s Club points once they purchase! You’ll be able to sign up to the referral program by heading to the T3RRY’s Club page on our website. Some conditions apply. Can I transfer or combine my points with another account?

Points cannot be transferred or combined from one account to another.

Can I redeem my points along with other discounts/promotions on the same transaction?
