Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Approved returns will only qualify for store credit; we do not offer refunds. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees if you order the wrong item or size.

If your item is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. We cannot accept reports of damage or defects after this timeframe. Please include photos when submitting a return request.

If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of your packing slip. Without this, we won’t be able to assist you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you return an item for store credit, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.

WHOLESALE ORDERS/LARGE RETURNS

Returns of more than 5 pairs will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. No exceptions will be made.

We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you receive the wrong slipper, we will cover the shipping fees.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

1. Carefully pack your item(s) in the smallest box that fits, and include the packing slip from your order. If you no longer have the original packing slip, you can either print the order confirmation from your email or write your name and order number on a piece of paper.

2. Buy a shipping label from any carrier of your choice. We recommend USPS ground mail. (you will be responsible for the return shipping cost).

3. Return your item(s) to the address provided below:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packing and all of their contents.

After we receive your package, your store credit will be issued within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process and post this transaction to your account.
